Behind-the-Wall Human Detection and Imaging System (Behind-the-Wall Ra-dari)
About
The device, which was completed and delivered to the Gendarmerie General Command (GGK) in 2005, provides both material and moral support to the security forces by enabling the timely and on-site detection of threats to public order. In particular, the technological superiority of the units that detect these elements puts them in an advantageous position. In this context, the Gendarmerie General Command (GGK) was provided with the device by TUBITAK Marmara Research Center (MAM), which was completed with domestic facilities and eliminated dependence on foreign sources. The device is capable of detecting people in caves, people under cave-ins and people indoors in residential neighborhoods.
