TÜBİTAK MAM Energy Institute held a meeting at TÜSSİDE on April 5-6, 2018 in order to share current project activities with the Institute employees and to brainstorm new project ideas for the teams.

TÜBİTAK MAM President Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kılıçaslan also attended the meeting and came together with researchers, technicians and other employees working at the Energy Institute. Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kılıçaslan addressed the participants;

"For success in the field of technology," he said, "it is necessary to develop and implement ideas that have not been tried before and have been created from different perspectives, rather than repeating the existing ones. Prof. Dr. Kılıçaslan stated that "this meeting is a good example of promoting this understanding for the successful continuation of the work of the Energy Institute" and added that "it would be beneficial to spread this type of work throughout TÜBİTAK MAM".

The meeting continued for two days with presentations and various activities, during which Institute employees were divided into groups and brainstormed.
