Workshop on Cooperation between TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM) and SAHA İstanbul took place on 17 December 2019.
The workshop was attended by the President of TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center Prof. İbrahim KILIÇASLAN, the Director of the Institute of Chemical Technology Dr. Osman OKUR, the Deputy Director of the Energy Institute Assoc. Prof. Fehmi AKGÜN, the Deputy Director of the Institute of Chemical Technology Dr. Şerife SARIOĞLAN, the Deputy Director of the Materials Institute Dr. Alper BİBER and the officials from the companies of SAHA İstanbul.
The workshop started with the opening speech of the President of TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center Prof. İbrahim KILIÇASLAN. He said “TÜBİTAK MAM is at the disposal of industrialists, with its all kinds of facilities. You are invited to witness our expertise accompanied by a great infrastructure. We have around 1000 R&D personnel, who are the best ones in Turkey, and they are ready to serve you. I hope you will benefit from the human resource here.”
After the presentation by the Materials Institute, the Energy Institute and the Institute of Chemical Technology; the delegation paid onsite visits to these Institutes. SAHA İstanbul companies were briefed on the capabilities of TÜBİTAK MAM.
After the onsite visits, the companies exchanged ideas on cooperation opportunities.
