Haskan Corporate Group visited TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM) on 16 February 2021.
The meeting during the visit was attended by TÜBİTAK MAM President Dr. Osman OKUR, Haskan Corporate Group Founder Mr. Mustafa DAĞLI, TÜBİTAK MAM Vice President Assoc. Prof. Burcu ÖZSOY, TIT General Manager Mr. Yunus Emre BİLGİN, TÜBİTAK MAM Materials Institute Deputy Director Assoc. Prof. Salih DABAK, TÜBİTAK MAM Environment and Cleaner Production Institute Deputy Director Assoc. Prof. Özgen ERCAN, TÜBİTAK MAM Institute of Chemical Technology Coordinator Dr. Elif ÜNVEREN and officials of Haskan Corporate Group.
In his opening remarks, Haskan Corporate Group Founder Mr. Mustafa DAĞLI stated that their strategically targeted fields are biomedical and defense industries. He emphasized that Technology Innovation Textile (TIT) company aims to develop high value-added products to increase per capita income. General Manager of TIT Mr. Yunus Emre BİLGİN made a presentation on the company.
Following the presentations of Haskan Corporate Group, TÜBİTAK MAM President Dr. Osman OKUR delivered a presentation on the capabilities, infrastructure and qualified human resources of TÜBİTAK MAM. He briefed the visitors on TÜBİTAK MAM Institutes and potential working fields.
After the meeting, the visiting delegation paid onsite visits to the laboratories of the Materials Institute, the Institute of Chemical Technology and the Environment and Cleaner Production Institute. During the visits, the parties exchanged views on potential cooperation opportunities between Haskan Corporate Group and TÜBİTAK MAM.
