NutraHEALTH: “Probiotics and Prebiotics for Health”

The 3rd seminar on “Probiotics and Prebiotics for Health” of the EU-FP7-REGPOT project on “Improving Research Capacity of TÜBİTAK MRC Food Institute on Functional Foods, Nutraceuticals, and Natural Health Products-NutraHEALTH” (www.fp7-nutrahealth.com) conducted by TUBITAK MRC Food Institute was held at TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE on 8-9 May 2015. The two-day event was attended by 51 participants from universities and private companies, with the participation of Prof. Dr. Peter Quantick (UK), Dayne Hadgson (UK), Prof. Dr. Graham A.W. Rook (UK), Dr. Koen Venema (Netherlands) and Prof. Dr. Arland Hotchkiss (USA) as invited speakers to share their expertise in the field. As a fruitful organization, the meeting surpassed all the expectations.
