The Governor YAVUZ, welcomed by TÜBİTAK MAM President Dr. Osman OKUR, Vice Presidents Prof. Burcu ÖZSOY and Mehmet Sait KARACA, investigated TÜBİTAK MAM laboratories. During the visit to the Institute of Chemical Technology (KTE) Supercritical Fluid Extraction Plant, the Governor was briefed by the President of MAM Dr. Osman OKUR on the products and infrastructures of MAM. In addition, the fires in Turkey were reviewed, and information was given about the fire precautions in the campus.
After the visit, Kocaeli Governor Mr. Seddar YAVUZ and TÜBİTAK MAM President Dr. Osman OKUR presented plaques to each other.
The Governor Mr. Seddar YAVUZ expressed his pleasure from witnessing the R&D studies conducted and capabilities in TÜBİTAK MAM.
