COOPERATION PROTOCOL WITH BURSA TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY

With the "Bursa Technical University Sectoral Training Program (BTU-SEP)", which is the workplace training model that Bursa Technical University has developed and implemented in most of its undergraduate programs, Bursa Technical University aims to allow students to spend the last year of their eight-semester undergraduate education practically in the industry or laboratories by doing full-time peer-to-peer work.

Along with this goal, the protocol signed at TÜBİTAK MAM established a cooperation between TÜBİTAK MAM and BTU that sets the professional practices for undergraduate students attending 7th or 8th semester of their education in BTU faculties under BTU-SEP program.

With the cooperation established, TÜBİTAK MAM aims to contribute to the training of the students who acquire the knowledge needed by the business world within the scope of undergraduate education, so that they become well-equipped graduates with the advantage of knowing the sector in which they will work.

After the signature ceremony, the delegation of BTU visited TÜBİTAK MAM Environment and Cleaner Production Institute, Acoustic Design and Modelling Lab, Flue Gas Analyzer and Sensor/New-Gen Air Quality Lab, Biodegradable Waste Lab, TÜBİTAK MAM Institute of Chemical Technology, Pharmaceutical Ingredients Research Lab, Organic Materials Research Lab, Advanced Polymeric Materials Research Lab, TÜBİTAK MAM Materials Institute, Critical Metallic Materials Lab and Composite Materials Lab.
