VISIT TO BUFFA DAIRY PRODUCTS PLANT

TÜBİTAK MAM President Prof. İbrahim KILIÇASLAN, Vice President Assoc. Prof. Murat MAKARACI, Director of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Institute Prof. Şaban TEKİN and Director of Food Institute Assoc. Prof. Cesarettin ALAŞALVAR visited the plant of BUFFA Dairy Products.

The delegation got a briefing from the business owner Mr. Niyazi YELKENCİOĞLU on the operation of the plant. MAM President Prof. KILIÇASLAN expressed the possibilities of supports that MAM Institutes could provide to this business for new products with high added-value.
