TÜBİTAK MAM Materials Institute has managed to produce the “Nanofiber Filters” of the high protection N95-N99/FFP2-FFP3 masks domestically with electrospun nanofiber technology.
The nanofiber filters produced at the laboratories of TÜBİTAK MAM were subjected to impermeability and breathing resistance tests by MFA MASK company according to relevant European standards.
The mask filters featuring a thinner and lighter material compared to their counterparts offer high impermeability and low breathing resistance; thus, they have an important advantage over the available commercial products in the market owing to their high protection and ease of use.
