Training is held on “Intellectual Property Rights Management and Commercialization”

A training module on “Intellectual Property Right Management and Commercialization” was held at Plaza Hotel in İzmit on 16 November 2016 as part of the project “Industrial Property Right Capacity Development for R&D and Design Centers and Technology Development Zones” which is conducted by a consortium of the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology Directorate of Science and Technology, Turkish Patent Institute (TPE) and LES Turkey (Technology and Licensing Executives Association of Turkey).

Experts of the Technology and Licensing Executives Association Mr. Samir DELIORMANLI, Ms. Hande HANÇAR ÇELIK and Ms. Sinem BIRSIN gave lectures on “Managing and Commercializing Intellectual Property Rights” under five different sub-modules of “Understanding and Managing Intellectual Property Rights”, “Commercialization of Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights”, “Patent Assessment”, “Cooperations and Intellectual & Industrial Property Rights”and “Licensing Applications and Recent Developments”. 

TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center was represented in the training by the participation of the Accounting Unit Manager Mr. Rasim AYAR, the Business Development Unit Manager Mr. Nuh YILMAZ, the Patent Support Unit Manager Ms. Gülsen OKSAY, the Purchasing Unit Manager Ms. Özlem TÜRKER, the Proposals and Contracts Unit Specialist Mr. Cem ÖZBEK and the Product Management Unit Specialist Mr. Zafer KARADAYI.
