TUBITAK has put into service its call center at 444 66 90 to allow more qualified communication with students, academics, research specialists and citizens. The calls to 444 66 90 are answered by customer care representatives during office hours. All the queries from citizens are recorded online. The callers are contacted back through their contact information in order to provide feedback on their fields of interest.

The call line which is supported with an e-mail service is active from 08.30 to 17.30, and offers information on scholarships, support services, TUBITAK periodicals, books, online sales and subscriptions of these resources, guidance on project-based consultancy, training and support requests, guidance and information on the use of TUBITAK Business Intelligence Softwares and transfer of the recorded requests, wishes and complaints to the relevant units.
